The world’s power balance has shifted many times in the past decade. When people think of there the world’s power balance they usually think that it rests on countries like The United States of America, but the truth is that this power balance lies directly on China. China’s growth and expansion has led it to be the number one exporter of goods world wide. China also now can claim the reward for having the world’s largest English speaking population. China also holds the power balance because of their mass military. China has a mandatory military enrolment, and since China has the largest population, they also have the largest military. The power balance of the world still seems to lie within The United States, but this is only because of China’s constant investments in western businesses. It is currently estimated that China owns approximately twenty-five percent of Americas businesses. The worlds power balance is now in Chinas hands.
